Sometimes documentation and emails just aren’t quite enough. If we feel we need an extra helping hand to find you a solution quickly, we can provide support remotely for you. We use the industry standard Teamviewer application. This is a small download to your PC or Mac and can help us diagnose and rectify issues quickly and efficiently. Please download the appropriate version if your support engineer has directed you here. The application won’t make any changes to your computer, and remote access is terminated as soon as you close the application.
